As an Account Manager at Impactaris, you will be the client’s main point of contact, working directly at their place of business to provide personalized, hands-on marketing support. You’ll manage the day-to-day execution of marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s objectives. Your role is essential in bridging the gap between our internal teams and the client’s real-world needs, offering proactive solutions and adjusting strategies based on the client’s evolving business environment.


In this role, you won’t just be managing accounts—you’ll be deeply embedded in the client’s business operations, providing advice and guidance that goes beyond typical marketing services. You’ll need to understand not only their marketing goals but also how those goals fit into their broader business objectives.

LOCATION

Client-Site / Hybrid (Depending on the client’s location, you’ll work both remotely and at the client’s place of business. Flexibility in location and travel may be required based on client needs, with some projects being fully remote while others involve regular on-site work.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • On-Site Client Relationship Management: Act as the client’s trusted advisor, working directly from their place of business to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Provide day-to-day support and ensure that we are delivering the right marketing services to meet their objectives.


  • Hands-On Project Coordination: Manage marketing projects and campaigns in close collaboration with both the client and our internal teams. Ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client’s goals, timelines, and budgets. Regularly report back to both the client and internal stakeholders on progress and results.


  • Performance Tracking & Real-Time Adjustments: Continuously monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make real-time adjustments as needed. Provide the client with regular reports and insights, explaining how each element of the campaign is driving results and where improvements can be made.


  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges or areas for improvement within the client’s marketing strategy or overall operations. Offer creative, actionable solutions to keep the client’s business on track and growing.


  • Client Retention & Growth: Build long-lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering high-quality results and being responsive to their evolving needs. Look for opportunities to expand the scope of work by suggesting additional services that can further enhance the client’s business.


  • Internal Collaboration: While you’ll work on-site with clients, you’ll also work closely with Impactaris’ internal teams (design, content, advertising, SEO, etc.) to ensure that the solutions you implement are aligned with the broader marketing strategy and are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for Account Managers who are passionate about building relationships and helping small businesses grow. Formal qualifications are secondary to your ability to connect with clients, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional results.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business owners and decision-makers.


  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working both remotely and on-site with clients.


  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that anticipates challenges and addresses them before they impact project outcomes.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of personal accountability and ownership over client success.


  • Comfort with traveling to client locations as needed and adapting to different business environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

While no formal educational qualifications are required, the following would be beneficial:


  • Previous experience in account management, client services, or project management within the marketing or digital services industry.


  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media), allowing you to guide and advise clients effectively.


  • Experience using project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com to track progress, assign tasks, and manage deadlines.


  • Experience working closely with small businesses or startups, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted campaigns directly from the client’s place of business, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.


  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing strategies in a way that clients can easily understand.


  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding creative, practical solutions that align with the client’s business goals.


  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work across different client industries and environments, quickly adapting to new challenges and changing business priorities.

  • Laptop (mid-range, suitable for communication and project management)

  • External webcam and microphone (for clear communication during virtual meetings)

  • Noise-canceling headphones (for focus during calls)

  • Second monitor (optional, for managing multiple tasks and documents)

  • Portable external hard drive (for securely storing client documents)

  • High Speed Internet Connection

  • Backup Internet or Hotspot (in case of outages or connection issues)
